Ingredients:

1/4 cup (25g/1oz) rolled oats
1 tablespoon wheatgerm
1 tablespoon almond meal
1 cup (250ml/8fl oz) water
2 tablespoons milk
140g (4 1/2oz) tub apricots in natural juice

Method:

1 Put the rolled oats, wheatgerm, almond meal and water into a pan over medium heat. Cook, stirring, for 3-5 minutes or until the oats are soft.
2 Spoon the porridge into a bowl and pour in the milk.
3 Drain the apricots, reserving the juice. Chop the apricots and sprinkle over the porridge with the reserved juice. Serves 1.
